This is a 16 Storied smart office building with 1 semi-basement floor. The semi-basement floor is for car parking. Rest of the floors are office spaces with all necessary facilities. Roof top will be equipped with BBQ facilities , recreation area, mini golf .The climate was a major factor while designing this building. Differ­ent exterior design options were proposed with considera­tion of light and sound pollu­tion.
