Sayeman Heritage

Client: Gasmin Limited Fialka contributed to the detailed design of the reconstructed Sayeman Heritage Hotel in Cox's Bazaar — a colonial-style landmark reimagined after a decade of construction, originally conceptualised by ERA Architects, Mumbai. Two wings frame a serene central courtyard, complemented by thoughtful landscaping, a pool, and open sky views that unite architecture with the natural environment.
