BOAT CLUB

Project Description: Boat Club is a two storied building on the bank of the Karnafully River. The location is unique and beautiful. On the ground floor there will be a large hall room, another mini hall room, kitchen, office room and store room. On the first floor, there is a restaurant, pool room, card room, VIP room, bar, pantry, senior's corner, and a waiting area.The bar and the VIP room have over-hang balconies with the river view.The restaurant has the river view with the provision of open terrace to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. There is a convention hall for 1000 people with kitchen facilities. The club will also have a swimming pool and a tennis court along with a parking space which will accommodate 250 cars.
